1. Delivery Information
At Anuloria, we partner with reliable logistics providers to ensure your products reach you safely and as quickly as possible.
- Shipping Areas: We deliver all across India.
- Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Estimated Delivery: You can expect your package within 5 to 9 business days depending on your location.
- Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email ([email protected]) or phone number.
- Multiple Shipments: If you order multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages at different times because they are shipped directly from different specialized suppliers.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-Day Return Policy for most items, provided they meet the criteria below.
A. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To ensure a smooth return process for damaged or wrong items, an unboxing video is compulsory.
- The video must be continuous (no cuts/edits).
- It must show the outer packaging and the shipping label clearly before opening.
- The video must clearly demonstrate the defect or the wrong item received.
- Without a clear unboxing video, we may be unable to process your return request as per our supplier guidelines.
B. Conditions for Return
- Returns are accepted for Damaged Products, Defective Items, or Wrong Product/Size delivered.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
C. Items Not Eligible for Return
- Personal care, innerwear, and hygiene-related products.
- Items used or washed by the customer.
- Items without original packaging or tags.
3. Refund Process
- Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (if available) or provide instructions for the return.
- Inspection: Refunds are processed after the product reaches the supplier and passes a quality check.
- Credit: * Prepaid Orders: Refund will be sent to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- COD Orders: We will contact you for your UPI ID or Bank Details to transfer the refund.
