1. Delivery Information

At Anuloria, we partner with reliable logistics providers to ensure your products reach you safely and as quickly as possible.

  • Shipping Areas: We deliver all across India.
  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Estimated Delivery: You can expect your package within 5 to 9 business days depending on your location.
  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email ([email protected]) or phone number.
  • Multiple Shipments: If you order multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages at different times because they are shipped directly from different specialized suppliers.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-Day Return Policy for most items, provided they meet the criteria below.

A. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To ensure a smooth return process for damaged or wrong items, an unboxing video is compulsory.

  • The video must be continuous (no cuts/edits).
  • It must show the outer packaging and the shipping label clearly before opening.
  • The video must clearly demonstrate the defect or the wrong item received.
  • Without a clear unboxing video, we may be unable to process your return request as per our supplier guidelines.

B. Conditions for Return

  • Returns are accepted for Damaged Products, Defective Items, or Wrong Product/Size delivered.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

C. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Personal care, innerwear, and hygiene-related products.
  • Items used or washed by the customer.
  • Items without original packaging or tags.

3. Refund Process

  • Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (if available) or provide instructions for the return.
  • Inspection: Refunds are processed after the product reaches the supplier and passes a quality check.
  • Credit: * Prepaid Orders: Refund will be sent to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • COD Orders: We will contact you for your UPI ID or Bank Details to transfer the refund.

One of the stand is damaged. Have attached the video & pics for your reference. Please do the needful. Want a replacement for the one piece damaged. Suggest you take care of packing the same in a sturdy box before it's being shipped. Disappointed by the service. Please take action on the same n resolve it soon Requested for exchange as one of the stand was broken. The team responded immediately n shipped another package which came within two days and the damaged piece was taken back. Exchange or returns are hassle free if genuine...giving the benefit of doubt to the vendor/supplier who is very professional... luckily the product sent is all good with no damage. But hope they take the suggestion of changing the way they pack and use something hard to protect the product to avoid such cases of returns . Thankyou for replacement of the damaged product so quickly Messho 👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🙏😊

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: We offer reliable shipping across India.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Most orders are delivered within 5 to 9 business days after processing.
  • Delivery Partners: Since we follow a dropshipping model, your orders are shipped directly by our trusted suppliers (via Meesho) using reputed courier partners like BlueDart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, or Shadowfax.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather, festive seasons, or remote location accessibility.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email or SMS containing your Tracking Number(s).
  • The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours of dispatch. You can track your package directly on the courier partner’s website.

4. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to addresses within India only.
  • Please ensure that the shipping address, including the Pincode and contact number, is correct. Anuloria is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

5. Damages and Missing Items

  • Anuloria is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping by the courier company. However, we will assist you in resolving the issue with the supplier.
  • Mandatory Requirement: To claim any issues regarding damaged or missing items, an unboxing video is mandatory. This video must show the package being opened from the start without any cuts or edits.
  • If you received your order damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with the unboxing video and photos.

6. Multiple Shipments

  • If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times, as they may be sourced from different suppliers.

Return and Refund Policy

At Anuloria, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Since we work with various suppliers to bring you the best products, we have a structured return and refund process.

1. Return Window

  • We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

  • Important: To protect against fraudulent claims and to ensure quick resolution with our suppliers, a clear unboxing video is mandatory.
  • The video must start before the package is opened and must show the shipping label clearly. It should be a single continuous video without any cuts or edits.
  • Without an unboxing video, requests for damaged, defective, or missing items will not be entertained.

3. Grounds for Return

Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:

  • Product is damaged or defective.
  • Wrong product (wrong size, color, or item) sent by the supplier.
  • Significant difference from the product description.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Send an email to [email protected] with your Order ID.
  2. Attach the Unboxing Video and clear photos of the product.
  3. Once our team reviews and approves the request, we will initiate the return pickup through our courier partner.

5. Refunds

  • Once the returned item reaches the supplier and passes the quality check, your refund will be processed.
  • Prepaid Orders: The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account/UPI/Card) within 5-7 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, we will request your bank details or UPI ID to process the refund.

6. Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or until it has been processed by the supplier—whichever is earlier.
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may refuse the delivery when the courier arrives.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, such as:

  • Personal care goods (beauty products).
  • Innerwear and lingerie.
  • Items on clearance or final sale.
